The difference

Read from the numbers

Pink Cloud is the lighter of the two at LRV 80.1, 3 points above Tundra at LRV 77.07. Tundra leans cool where Pink Cloud reads warm. Tundra is a whites, Pink Cloud a pinks. For a whole room, Pink Cloud is the safer, more forgiving choice thanks to its higher LRV, while Tundra is the bolder pick.

How they read

In their own words

Tundra is the off-white for people who find most whites too creamy. Its LRV of 77 puts it in soft-white territory, but the base is a cool, faintly green-blue grey, so it reads clean and quiet rather than warm. On plaster mouldings and in rooms with a lot of daylight it looks like fresh air.

Pink Cloud is the lightest pink in the library — at LRV 80 it is closer to a tinted white than a color, a peach-blush so faint it reads as warmth rather than pink until you see it beside a true white. It is gentle, luminous and impossible to overdo.
