Viridian Odyssey

Viridian Odyssey is a deep teal that reads almost black until light touches it, and then it reveals an inky blue-green with real depth. At LRV 7 it is one of the darkest colors in the library — a genuine envelope color for panelling, cabinetry and rooms meant to feel like the inside of a jewel box.

Its magic is in what it does for warm materials: walnut, brass, terracotta and cognac leather all look more expensive against it. It wants lamps, layered textiles and a little gilt. Painted on walls, trim and ceiling together it is transportive.
