The difference

Read from the numbers

Honey Hut is the lighter of the two at LRV 61.51, 46.1 points above Georgian Brick at LRV 15.46. Both read warm. Honey Hut is a pink, Georgian Brick a orange. For a whole room, Honey Hut is the safer, more forgiving choice thanks to its higher LRV, while Georgian Brick is the bolder pick.

How they read

In their own words

Honey Hut is a pale dusty pink with enough grey-beige in it to stay sophisticated. At LRV 62 it is light and airy, but it is unmistakably pink — more so than Bride to Be, less so than Pink Cloud. It has the softness of a powder puff and none of the sugar.

Georgian Brick is a Historical Colors red-orange that Benjamin Moore describes as 'a rustic blend of red and orange'. It is the colour of weathered brick — warm, a little dusty, and far more livable than a true red.
