How they read
In their own wordsHoney Hut is a pale dusty pink with enough grey-beige in it to stay sophisticated. At LRV 62 it is light and airy, but it is unmistakably pink — more so than Bride to Be, less so than Pink Cloud. It has the softness of a powder puff and none of the sugar.
Le Cygne — the swan — is a warm, matte ivory from the French house Ressource. It has the chalky, light-absorbing quality of old lime plaster, which is why it looks so at home on Haussmann panelling and ceiling roses: it softens the light rather than bouncing it around. Cream is present, yellow is not.
