How they read
In their own wordsSea Salt is a soft green-grey that changes its mind with the light: green in a sunny room, blue-grey in a shaded one. At LRV 63 it is light enough for a whole room and quiet enough to live with for years, which is why it has become a modern classic for bedrooms and bathrooms.
Le Cygne — the swan — is a warm, matte ivory from the French house Ressource. It has the chalky, light-absorbing quality of old lime plaster, which is why it looks so at home on Haussmann panelling and ceiling roses: it softens the light rather than bouncing it around. Cream is present, yellow is not.
